Safety routines
The pool's lifeguard
The pool's lifeguard is on duty during our classes, and our instructors are in the water or on the step beside you.
Sign-in and the deck
Sign in at the front desk by the pool door, rinse in the shower and sit on the bench until the instructor calls your level. Walking feet on the deck, every time.
Adults only
No children are in the pool during our classes. Other groups use the pool at other times.
Telling us things
Tell the instructor at your placement visit about anything you would like us to know, such as a sore shoulder or how you feel about deep water. We ask privately once you register, never on the website form.
Unwell or closed
Please stay home with a fever or a stomach bug and ask for a make-up class. We text you when the pool closes, and the class is made up in the same session.
